2.2 Mervyn bought a water tank to store water. Study the diagram of the water tank below and
answer the questions that follow.
The capacity of the water tank is advertised as 3 000 litres. Hence, calculate the capacity
of the water tank by using the dimensions and account for the difference between the
advertised capacity and the capacity that you have calculated. (6)
